Simple English (Summary)
Here’s a summary of our privacy notice and policy in plain English to let you know what we do with the data we collect. To emphasise, this website, its content providers and related services respect the privacy of your and our own personal information.
In summary :
1. We believe in the maximum protection of personal information and the fundamental concept of privacy.
2. We will only collect the bare minimum of your data for us to serve you and survive as a business.
3. If there were to be cyber attacks and or intrusion attempts on our business, we will inform of any breeches to you, the customer and the regulators.
4. We will continuously take all possible and sensible measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your personal information.
5. We do rely on third parties for certain services, such as our email service provider and platform for courses. We will however always choose services that share the same beliefs and principles around privacy and protection of data.
6. We do absolutely not directly sell or trade in your personal information. We will, as part of a transaction, share your information with our partners.
7. As for payments, we only use professional, recognized worldwide services such as Paypal.
What information we collect
What we may ask that you share with us your:
First name, last name and or middle name
Email (We prefer you provide us with your best suited email to ensure delivery).
Your mobile and or contact number. (So that we may get in touch and discuss – sometimes a personal touch makes the difference).
We might also ask you questions such as:
Which sport you did and if you are retired or still active
What country you come from and whether you are male or female
This helps us provide more targeted interaction and offers.
We do NOT collect and DO NOT require the following from you:
Health or fitness
Credit /debit card
Bank or other financial information
Why do we need your information:
Background: We are constantly striving to produce informative and educational content for you, our customer. Some for free and some for purchase.
Interviews with experts and athletes
Camps, conferences and other live events
To be able to survive as a business we need to get our great content and service catalogue in front of you. As a small business we cannot afford the exorbitant costs of constant advertising on Google Ads for example. Hence, we have to collect and retain data from you so we may keep you informed and updated about our products and services related to the subject of this website.
What else we DO with your information
Background: We may run surveys on different topics. If you decide to participate in such surveys, know that you will have the chcoice to stay anonymous and that results of such surveys will only be shared as a whole – no individual answers will ever be shared.
The purpose of such surveys is to identity problems we can help solve and services that would benefit you, our clients, the most.
It may also be to give you, our clients and subscribers the insight of the outcome as a whole.
What we DO NOT Do with your information
1. We do not directly SELL or trade in your personal information with any person or persons or commercial organisation.

Our third parties and your information
We will only use trusted third party services that ensure that they are observing the same principles as us with regards to your privacy.
Who are our partners
We use well-known and respected
email service provider
online course platform
video content host and delivery service
How do we protect your Data?
At best, it would be naive for us to declare that your data is 100% safe from cyber criminals. 100% percent security is a fallacy.
We take several precautions to ensure to ensure your data is not subject to unauthorised access including using reliable and respected third party services.
How Do We Process Your Data?
We primarily rely on our CRM systems to host and process your personal information. This approach, (nothing is 100 percent secure) allows for a far more efficient method to control (issue, take-away) access for our employees and third parties.
How Do We Obtain Your Data?
We use multiple methods of obtaining your data including:
WHAT YOU DECIDE TO ENTER
WHAT GOES ON AUTOMATICALLY:
How long do we keep your information
As for our mailing list – you can always unsubscribe. There is a link to unsubscribe in every single email you receive.
Other information may stay in the system for 24 months or more. You have the ability to opt-out at any time.
How do we dispose of your data?
We primarily rely on GetResponse to host your data. To that extent, we rely on those parties to ensure that they:
Remove your data when we hit the “delete” or remove button.
Remove you from our mailing list when you unsubscribe from any such.
When you invoke “Forget me” what do we do?
Hmmm – This is a vicious cycle (surely it is) For us to truly forget you, we have to remove all instances of your records in all our databases. You may want to check if we have done so. Herein lies the contradiction, if a business deletes all evidence of you (your personal information) and your request to “Forget me” – then there is no available record that they held your data in the first place. If they maintain a record of your request they could expose the very fact that you were associated with the particular business in some way.
However, if you do invoke the RBF (Right to be Forgotten) option we will remove you from our CRM. We do not store any personal information in our email systems.
Complete Transparency – when attackers succeed.
When discussing a data breach, we believe in being fully transparent with you and the the official regulators.
We have no reason to belive that anyone would try to hack into our system but are aware of the potential risk. Should it happen, we would take the necessary steps to either stop the ongoing attack and/or take sensible response measures to mitigate the impact to you and our business.
